Opening an account
Can I register online?
You need to open an account by Register using the Open An Account Page Register Your Account
As you fill the form of register after verifying your email you good to go to access everythings on website.
Placing an order
You will have a dedicated account manager that understands the requirements of your business to help place an order, answer any questions and help you to find the right products for success.
How do I pay?
After placing your order, our sales team will confirm the stock availability. You can then proceed to make payment through our payment gateway, which accepts credit cards, debit cards, and Klarna monthly payments. Alternatively, you can also opt for a BACS transfer or phone payment using a debit card or a business credit card with a 2% charge added to the transaction fee. Once funds are cleared, we will promptly pick and dispatch your order. We highly recommend making payment as soon as possible to secure the availability of the stock for you.
We have online exclusive while stocks last deals, manager’s specials, clearance, new products and imported stock offers waiting for you every day!
Collection
Our Click & Collect counter is available for you to pick up your products directly from us the next day, you must place your order before 1pm to allow us time to process it. Additionally, click and collect orders placed after 1pm will be processed and ready for collection the next business day.
Delivery
We do reserve the right to charge a delivery fee on certain orders if the order is comprised solely of bulky/heavy items such as drinks or kitchen/toilet rolls. You will be contacted prior to shipment.
How I am eligible For Next Day Delivery ?
If You Have placed Your order before 1pm then you are eligible for Next day Delivery.
How Can I Get My Pallet Delivery?
We will notify you whether your delivery is going to be in a parcel or palletized. If your delivery is palletized, please ensure that there is adequate space and facilities to take off your pallet, as we will not be liable for any failed delivery attempts if our delivery drivers are unable to complete your delivery due to an inadequate delivery environment.
Return
If you have received an incorrect delivery or any damaged goods you can contact your account manager and they will either credit you or arrange for the goods to be delivered with your next order.
